With me is a dice roll. Like sometimes I drink coffee and I’m too busy doing things that I don’t focus on my speech and speak fluently. Other times I overthink everything and coffee makes me have crippling anxiety and I can’t get a word out and I feel like dying. 🤷🏻‍♀️
