My current employer don’t even know I have stutter. I plan to tell them but I’m afraid to open up with them. I’m kinda uncomfortable when they are waiting for me to speak since I paused for like 5 seconds before I can finally speak. Probably, they are just thinking that I am currently thinking, nervous, or I am having a bad internet connection because I literally froze when I’m about to speak. I feel like it’s a bad idea for not telling them about my situation. So, don’t be like me and inform them ahead of time to avoid any misunderstandings that might affect your performance when you started working with them.
