Did stuttering benifit your life in any way ? I hate stuttering more than anything in my life , it has completely messed my life up , it turns me down all the time and caused me to miss a lot of great chances and opportunities , and being 20 years old now , i don't know what the hell it is going to do with my future life. But when i look at it from a different persepective , i found that all of its effects aren't bad. Stuttering caused me to be isolated as a child , i turned to video games and from video games i got to know and explore a whole different world that i can live in without caring about my stuttering. I buried myself in books to escape , which got me interested in science , which in turn gave me a wiser view to the world (or so i think?). And while living in a third world country where its education system is one of the worst in the whole world , i learnt English faster than anyone i know from video games and books. I was able to read English books , watch English movies without subtitles and understand people speaking English when i was 15 years old , which in turn gave me access to a rich and marvelous content on the internet and to talk with great people online. All of that and other things too. I believe that although stuttering is making my life a living hell , but it didn't fuck it all up and it made me a smarter person and despite the benefits i mentioned above , i would rather be a non-stutterer. So what benfits did stuttering have on your life ?
