People who stutter are people who stutter, whether it's a lot or a little or a lot before and a little now. Stuttering is often very variable and some people's stuttering reduces in life a lot and stays there and for others it ramps up. That's just how it is not sure what more to say about it. I would talk to her about it but I wouldn't hold out on finding a magic smoking gun to use to put the genie back in the bottle (excuse the mixed metaphors). Also was she hiding her stuttering before and can no longer hide it?
