Big presentation coming up, need tips

Big presentation coming up, need tips Hey all, I have to do a 20 minute presentation for school on a project I’m doing. Its in about a month and a half, its on zoom so I can read off a script and I’m presenting to about 20 ish people. Im not terribly nervous right now but I know I will be when I get closer to presenting. Do you guys have any tips, routines, exercises, supplements etc. that have helped you when presenting? What works for me is to do diaphragmatic breathing beforehand. I stutter less when I belly breathe, apparently this is a natural way to breathe and some stutterers breathe really shallow which increases anxiety, makes it harder to speak and makes people stutter more. This cycle of improper breathing maybe could be the cause of all our troubles (I gotta do more research on this, dont roast me please). I also practice my presentations literally like 50 times until I can recite them in my sleep and I tend to not stutter as much when presenting. I also just slow down my speaking pace and incorporate my blocks as “power pauses” lol. - Bottom line, I’m just curious to see what do you guys do to prepare for presentations because for some of us thats one of the hardest things to deal with. Peace and love guys, stay positive.
