I’m curious how those two techniques help for a fear based block? I ask bc I’ve studied the science from the true experts and it suggests the opposite. In fact, by practicing what they suggest, my debilitating blocks diminished by 90% within a few weeks, and have stayed away for over 2 years. You should practice for 5 minutes each day, but it should be with phone calls with voluntary repetitions. You should breathe, but it should be a regular size *exhale*. When you feel a block coming on, make eye contact with your listener, begin on an exhale and begin speaking slowly, but begin right away. I have a post here with many links from credentialed academics that explains why those habits will really work. Good luck
