So ‘stuttering’ the act itself is not ur issue, everybody stutters or bobbles time to time and often in anxiety provoking situations such as ‘I’m going on a date or I am asking a person out, I hope I don’t stutter!’ So u won’t get rid of the act entirely BUT you can learn to accept it/desensitize it’s affect on you so to speak through meditation, exposure & writing therapy, and sometimes medication depending if ur ADHD type etc. to make u less reactive to it when it comes up or have any trauma etc. You might like a book by Ellen-Marie Silverman called Mindfulness and Stuttering. But my heart does cry out in pain people with very bad stutters… Edit: spelling
