It’s recommended you take ksm-66 in the morning since it can be energizing. You should try the lowest dose first to see if it works and see how you feel. You can always take more. It should be fine to take it with vitamin b1 and magnesium but don’t quote me on that, maybe do a little research to see if there’s any bad interactions. If you have hyperthyroidism or borderline hyperthyroidism you shouldn’t take ashwagandha. Or if you’re on any thyroid medications.
