" I am already trying to avoid repeating sounds that I anticipate to stutter on in my mind" Have you tried making the stutter anticipation less important/probable in your mind? I mean using body intelligence to let your body digest that 'it's not real'. If you apply experiential understanding (instead of intellectual understanding) then, whenever you notice the stutter anticipation, you start building tolerance to it and you just don't care it's in your mind.
