Experience makes it easier. We all have that fear of stuttering but once you accept it’s just part of you then it becomes easier to throw yourself into social situations. Through experience your anxiety will lessen and you’ll figure out what triggers you and how to work with it. A little advice of what works for me is when you have a block just stop for a second and take a deep breath then continue saying what you intended to. Even slow down when you’re saying it if you’re still struggling with that sound or word.
