Pretty sure this is normal. Not trying to insult you or anyone but I think we stutter when we speak to people that their opinion is important to us. For example I've been living for my own for a year now and every time I come back home I stutter nonstop with my 3 year old sister because I want her to like me and don't feel weird around me, even when she's obviously not half as good a speaker as me
