Can not agree more. I feel so embarrassed right now over a job phone call. I go to answer, knowing its a potential job and went "H---Haah-----Haa- HELLO. By that time i just kinda yelled hello firm to get it out. Honestly, she probably thought I was having sex or something because the way I was huffing in a way trying to say hello it sounded like little moans lmfao. She even asked if it was a good time to call, but that could also have been because I wasn't talking a lot because I was trying not to get stuck. Why is stuttering so bad over phone calls?! I do it in person too but I notice it happens a lot more trying to just ANSWER the phone lol Good news is I got the job offer at least, but who knows what she thought was happening lol. I just joined this group and instantly feel a bit more supported when it comes to stuttering.
