Same issue. I make the vocal message on another chat where I can detele it and know for certain that no one is looking. Then I send it wherever I want. I also hear it many times before and after I send it. I think this happens because we want the message to be perfectly good according to our high standars before sending it. It gotta be perfect and the other has to like it. That is why we choose our words very carefully.
