Fellow Stutterer here and also currently on the job application train. I didn't used to say yes on the disability form, but after working a few jobs at larger companies I do now. A big part of my job is giving occasional pitches and presentations so I think it's best to let them know. Also (I'm not saying you should do it for this reason!!!) Some larger companies try to keep a certain percentage of employees with disabilities employed. So there's a very slight chance it'll help with your chances of getting hired as long as you're qualified.
