i do think that depression and anxiety cause my stutter to become more pronounced. maybe the best things for me are to lead a healthy life and keep a positive mindset, that seems to improve my feelings and lessen my stutter overall. i eat well, try to stay away from drugs and alcohol (or not binge drink at least, a drink or two a night isn't that bad), exercise, meditate. generally i try to keep things even-keeled and distance my feelings with my stutter. the stutter is largely out of my control, and when i look back at my life, it only impacts my life when i let it. hang in there, and good luck!
