I stand up and smile. The standing up helps me breath better and the smiling keeps my attitude positive. Someone has mentioned that making sure you sit up straight would do the same thing - keep your diaphragm open (not sure if I phrased that correctly). My biggest issue is I work on an open floor (no cubicles) so when I do what I mentioned above, I tend to be really loud.
