Weak chin/jawline due to stutter?

Weak chin/jawline due to stutter? I have a stutter, but a ‘weird’ type of stutter, I have speech blocks and I observed what is happening while blocking: I am unconsciously breathing in (inhaling) through my mouth while speaking/wanting to speak, that’s why I block. I also have quite a bad chin/jawline, could that possibly be because of this? I am consciously (and have always been) a nose breather, but I have had this type of stutter for years and years (since I was a little kid), so maybe this had some impact on my jaw development? I have also heard people say that it’s the other way around, I have a stutter BECAUSE of my weak chin/jawline (something to do with the muscles).
