Sounds like these 2 situations both cause you anxiety which in turn causes you to anticipate them with fear. This all causes tension which causes you to stutter more severely. Suppose the main thing which has helped me overall is learning to become desensitised to my stuttering and not to live in fear of what other people may or may not be thinking. With these situations you just have to feel the fear but do it anyway, over time they will become easier.
