My 2 cents: I no longer pay attention to my stutter. I focus on living my life and enjoying every second of it. When I speak, my mind automatically just tells my mouth to speak. If I have a block, I just take a deep breath and resume speaking. I no longer get upset, agitated, irritated 😤 or enraged because of my stutter. My fluency has improved but I don't stress about. You'd be surprised as to how your mind reacts to the nonchalant attitude about stuttering. #IWin #ImInControl
