thank you for asking , i always said to my parents that it was alright , dont worry but actually i was devastated how the world treated me and it was hell going through school and university (i dropped out because of stuttering) and now im 32 and i wanna off myself every day.. do whatever you can to fix , speech therapy or whatever it takes. He will thank you in the future, i hope it works out for you and your family :)
