how the fuck do i stop blocking on my name?

how the fuck do i stop blocking on my name? i just failed to say my own name Infront of my entire classroom at my new school, i usually don't give much of a fuck about my stutter but that was tragic is there literally ANYTHING i can do about speechblocks??????
