I don't quite know what to say except these people are few and far between. The only way he wins this is if you dwell on him and worry about what he said. That's what he wants. The best way to give him the metaphorical fuck you is to put him out of your mind. Honestly, I'm mad just reading about it. The guy is scum, he's not worth any part of your day.
