One thing that helped me with the phone is writing everything down I was going to say and then as I said it underline it with a pen. Why that worked, I don't know....but it worked for me. You do that or something like that enough times and it turns into a habit and your brain creates new pathways and learns new things..... I also believe mindset is extreamly important....but I won't go into that now.
