Yup that’s common. You eliminate the avoidance-stress around talking when angry . Anger causes us to react—not think. The feeling of anger overrides anxiety and avoidance of stuttering so the speech comes out easily. Instead of trying to overthink your speech you get out of your own way and just talk.
