Making eye contact is impossible when talking to someone.

Making eye contact is impossible when talking to someone. Whenever I'm talking to someone I can't look them in the eye, cause it will look like I'm staring at them as if something is on their face. And I also don't want them to look at me, I don't want to see the expression on their face looking at me as if saying, "okay, get to the point now". So I never make any eye contact, nothing even with my siblings, or parents.
