you are creating an incorrect mindset, so step back and create a new mindset: stuttering doesn't bother me, reacting to it doesn't bother me. "I don't react to it, I don't label it, I don't have an opinion about my 'stutter' (labeling ). " Overthinking 'I can't this and that' will only feed the monster and then it will become chronic. This will increase stutter expectancy. The goal is to disconfirm expectancy. Stop overthinking. The problem is not that you experienced stuttering. The problem is that you make it real in your mind by overthinking. Stop finding ways to justify your stuttering (it would be this or that) because this is attaching importance.
