First of all your English is great. Second of all, I am curious what do you mean by "gaming addiction"? Because I think games like Fortnite and Fallout 4 are completely different games. I am "a new gamer" but I can't say I am addicted to games because I play singleplayer games with great stories, mechanics and a definitive end. Maybe your problem wasn't games but the type of games you choose to play? Even Forza Horizon 4 was quite addictive for my taste so I simply deleted it and didn't install it back.
