I have blocks all the time, but sometimes I feel calmer, and speech comes out easier, depending on how I feel. Once it came down to getting a job, it's something that doesn't matter if you stutter or not its something that you must do if you want to live and with that mentality, i have been working but also its made me make my own little buisiness for more than 5 years until i moved to another country. so it can be a hurdle to jump over but if itsa something you must do, you will go through it if you want to live with $ in your life no matter how hard it can be to speak at times.
