I am a dev too and this is literally my experience. I went through series of interviews where the interviewer told me they couldn’t understand me. It was difficult but overtime I learnt to speak a bit slower. However, my accent and the fact that interviews makes me super nervous didn’t help. I finally got a job though. So, I just wanted to let you know you can make it. Please, don’t loose hope.
