HCRI - Hollins therapy

HCRI - Hollins therapy Hi Was scrolling around and saw a reddit post about the HCRI therapy. I live in Belgium so I can not participate. However for those who has followed the therapy. Can you explain what kind of exercises you did. And what is meant with "targets". What kind of follow up you must do. What is the name of the app that they are talking about. I already did several kind of therapies and would like to see if it matches the exercise i have learned. Thanks
