I just let go of worrying that I'd be judged. I used to complain here on this subreddit alot and I just feel like it's a waste. You going to have to just push regardless of what people think of you. I also like to think that (idk if you religious) but Moses used to stutter aswell. God gave him that impediment and he was close to God. So if he had that and I also have it.. I feel like it's a blessing. Maybe for me it's a chance to get closer to God and rely on him. Rather than the creations judgements. Why should I worry what people think of me when I have the perfect creator that gave me a stutter and I'm happy with it because it's how I was created? Make sense? Idk I just seemed to let go of this life in general. The more you let go of this world. The less you stress about the small stuff and you actually live. Hope that helps. Best wishes
