Keep trying and don't give up! Try to build yourself a network of people who can refer you into your next job. For me, my first job after college was the hardest to land, after that I built connections so that my next 3 jobs were from people I had worked with. My current job is a dream job and I have been here for over 10 years! One of my first jobs in high school was working at fast food restaurant. They knew I stutter and put me on the drive thru window :'( Everyone else working there thought that was funny. Anyhow, looking back that forced me to talk even more.
