I strongly recommend trying to get prescribed propranolol. It is a beta blocker, it works by stopping the release of adrenaline in your body (which is the reason why your hands/legs/body may shake, your voice quiver, etc.) during your presentation. It will completely stop all of the physical responses your body has to presentations. It is seriously a miracle drug for me. Im in my second year of college right now, last year I would lose so much sleep weeks prior to the presentation just thinking about my presentation and when I finally presented I would embarrass myself. I seriously felt trapped before, now I love presenting. Don't let this fear trap you in a box. wish everyone who reads this the best of luck
