Do you take job rejection personally? Is it hard not to take job rejection personally when you have stuttered in an interview? Everyone always says 'Don't take it personally' but how can you not when you've stuttered hard and not gotten the job even though you were a good fit? I wish hiring managers could be more open-minded and understanding to realise that speaking situations, either when we are put on the spot, or just in general, are terrifying for us, and not an indicator of our ability to do a job...
