I'm a little hesitant to make suggestions I learned in speech therapy. These techniques are best learned under the guidance of a professional. Which I am not. One technique I learned in speech therapy is to hit those hard sounds softly. M requires you to put your lips together. DON'T. If I were trying to say the word 'Manage', I would not close my lips for the M all the way. You're going to sound a little mush mouthed doing this, but it allows you to keep your breath moving. Same with L. Don't press your tongue hard for the L. Try to almost not say the L. Come close to it, but Breath is is key. You need to start exhaling before you speak. If you find yourself running out of breath, you're not going to be able to speak. If you've not seen a professional, I always advocate for stutterers to do so.
