I completely understand. I have the same job minus the forklift and over time it really does become easier and you'll learn to do it automatically. There will be off days where everything does seem to go wrong but you'll be progressing the more you work either way. I also had some problems understanding what the headsets were saying but now I just know how everything sounds. Also ask for help if you can.
