So lets be open about it. When you say you don't experience this, do you mean those words that you are practicing to substitute you can then say in the future or do they become a no go from then on? Like does it help get over it and sometimes you say it sometimes you don't or does it have a more lasting impact? I didn't mean to sound argumentative or anything, I know people assume the worst online all the time but that wasn't my intention. It was just a word of caution. I was just cautioning about what tends to be known as avoidance behaviors. Edit: I do feel bad if disagreeing with someone is off putting on top of making someone else feel defensive about their opinion so I will refrain from replying with any disagreements on here cause I don't mean to...whats the word, bring negativity onto a thread.
