Sorry, that sounds great in theory but hearing stuttering is painful for others and we can't blame them if they don't want to hear it - we can be "happy stutterers" who embrace their stutterings (and even say/lie that they wouldn't take a magic pill to immediately stop stuttering if it would exist) or just do everything to reach a fluency level which isn't perceived as disabled.
