I’ve told this story on this sub before but it’s relevant again, so: During undergrad I took an intro to acting class. Drama was fun in high school and I needed an art credit. It was mostly improv, but I digress. So one day my professor, shortly after I got done with my bit — I forget if it was scripted or an improv scene— basically had me lay down, in front of the class, lift my legs into the air, do some breathing exercises, all sorts of stuff. I only realized about halfway through that she was trying to fix me, so I just went along with it. That was a weird session.
