Great tips, I’m almost 40 and still remember the terror in school as it was yesterday. I’m giving presentations almost every day now but with the same bad stutter. My tip for my young self would be: You want to give that presentation, you want to talk to your classmates; you want to show that you have the knowledge of the presentation - anticipating a bad thing will create a „bad“ outcome, anticipating something good will create something positive. Also create perhaps a safety net like, you can write a word to the board or on the slide, no matter if your teacher will allow it or not, stupid rules are there to be broken. But never go beyond your breaking point, to run away or use „helpers“ is ok sometimes.
