Anyone else got giggled at in a casual convo with strangers

Anyone else got giggled at in a casual convo with strangers As I'm being more conscious about keeping eye contact and be more present in a conversation, I began to notice a lot of the times when I hit a block or struggles to get a word out, the other person would start giggling. I guess they probably meant no harm but it killed the mood for me. Have you guys experienced this before and how did you deal with it?
