I have the same problem It comes and goes but Ever since I was a kid I can’t answer the phone and say hello. I freeze and can’t get the hello out it’s like my throat is physically blocked. I have a new job and have to answer calls at work sometimes with other colleagues in the room and I’m so scared Incase it happens I don’t know what to do it’s constantly on my mind which makes it worse.
