They’re out there. The guy who installed my furnace earlier this year had a stutter. Super nice guy, we ended up chatting for a good hour. A prep cook of mine in the last restaurant I ran had a stutter too. Absolute sweet heart of a dude, I took a lot of pride in taking him under my wing and showing him it’s very much possible to run a kitchen with a stutter.
