Any alternative words??

Any alternative words?? Does anyone else have alternative words they say when they stutter on the words they want or trying to say?? I struggle with the “TH” in Thank you when someone compliments me it gives me something and I don’t know what other words are that is alternative from ‘Thank you’ does anyone have any tips??
