I'm still confused. If you know what you want to say and you brain has "forgotten" that could be word-retrieval issues with some anxiety. If you think that impactful stuttering is common where you live, then you do not understand what it is - because most people do not. Everyone has repetitions or prolongations sometimes. "Hey, wwwwhere you going?" An impactful stutter is when someone develops fear around them, and their body goes into a mini-panic mode and nothing comes out. We may avoid eye contact, twitch, bend at the waist oddly, say nothing when asked our our name. Many of us are terrified to use the drive through, order food we do not want because we cannot say what we want, and pretend to have forgotten names of important people. Most people, even professionals, often do not know when it's happening.
