Been stuttering since I was a little kid am now 24. I never had an extremely severe stutter but it's been bad enough at times. Last year I decided to go back to college for a two year technical degree and this semester I'm currently in I decided to challenge myself and take public speaking. Our first speech last week was a short little three minute speech we could give about basically anything. I don't know how but I gave a full three minute speech without stuttering at all and I was so happy for the next day or two after it was crazy. I got a 48/50 on it. I really hope I'm able to keep it up for the rest of this class and hopefully beyond.
