You just described classic blocking stuttering caused by fear/panic of others judging you for *potentially* speaking with repetitions. Breathe, relax and try not to think about it will result in it staying the same or getting worse. The good news is there are exercises and habits you can do that very likely will address the problem and help in the long run. It’s free but it’s hard work.
