What kind of stuttering do you have? Mine is more like a long blocks than anything else. I don't really repeat sounds unless I'm doing it somewhat intentionally to overcome a block. But it has changed a lot of over time. When I was younger, the way I stuttered was completely different from the way I stutter now.
