\- Do some sports or gym. \- Try some new speech therapy \- Try mindfulness meditation. I broke a pen or 2 few years ago because if my frustration. But you can work on that. The older I am the more experience I have a the better I can control my emotions. All 3 mentioned suggestions helped me (speech therapy not that much :) )
