A few months back I met a guy who was born without arms and legs, been in a wheelchair for all his life and I'm guessing he was around the age of 50 That still reminds me that even tho I stutter and my life is pretty fucked up, that I have to be grateful to God for having good health, and being able to breathe in the first place People have been through worse (not sure if you're Christian?) like Job, who was tested by God and lost his wife, children, house and muchc more and still kept his faith after all those hardships (book of Job in the Bible) Just keep praying and thanking the Lord for everything at all times is what I reccomend, because after all all that matters is not this worldy life
